Join manufacturing leaders building peer learning from the shop floor up. External sessions with other owners and managers, plus hands-on support to create internal Circles that develop everyone – operators, supervisors, and managers.
What You Get:
Monthly sessions with manufacturing leaders facing your challenges – Four to six shop owners and managers meet to share what’s working and what’s not. Talk through real problems – getting operators to take ownership, developing supervisors who can connect, building managers who think beyond their department. Learn from people testing these approaches in their own shops.
Help building circles across all levels of your operation – We’ll show you how to launch peer learning groups throughout your company – 15-minute weekly meetings where people share challenges and support each other’s growth. Operators learning reliability. Supervisors developing connection skills. Managers building team focus. You’ll get a customized approach based on your shop size and culture.
One-on-one coaching for when you hit walls – Monthly individual sessions to work through specific roadblocks. Whether it’s getting operators to shift from paycheck collectors to professionals, helping a new supervisor connect with their team, or building a culture where people actually develop each other – we’ll work through it together.
Self-leadership culture tracking (founders only) – We’ll help you measure the culture shifts that matter: operators catching their own quality issues, people solving problems without supervisor intervention, peer coaching instances, proactive communication. Data you can use to evaluating potential for expanding Circles throughout your shop.
Two Implementation Tracks Based on Shop Size
Companies with 25 employees or fewer: $1,300 total ($325/month × 4 months)
We’ll help you develop 10-15 people across your entire operation – operators, supervisors, managers. In smaller shops, building one strong culture that includes everyone creates the foundation for sustainable growth. Everyone learns the same leadership language and supports each other’s development.
Companies with 26-75 employees: $2,000 total ($500/month × 4 months)
You’ll run 4-6 people per month through the Circle process to launch your internal program. Operators focused on reliability and professionalism. Supervisors learning connection. Managers building team focus. We’ll help you build leadership culture throughout your organization at a pace that works for your operation.
2025 Founding Circle Pricing
Founder pricing means you lock in these rates for future cohorts, get direct input on how we develop the approach for manufacturing, and help shape how peer learning transforms entire shop cultures.
Standard rates start 2026: $500/month (small shops) and $750/month (larger shops)
