Hello! I’m Ryan

I started Circle of 5 Network to create a community that put a focus on Relational Investment. My personal purpose statement is: “To passionately empower whoever I encounter to strategize their investment in relational wealth. Relational wealth is defined by cultivating authentic connections, nurturing trust, and fostering a supportive community.” If you’re longing for relationships like that then you’re in the right place.

The Revealing Chaos

I discovered my Circle of 5 in 2021. It was months before my world got turned upside down and I ended up hospitalized for four weeks. My business I’d spent 7 years building was starting to crumble. My plans were all in question. But, my community held rock solid.

These relationships were so important to me that I joined our weekly call from my hospital room I needed these people and I needed them to know that I was still in it with them. I was cheering them on and needed them to cheer me on.

The Shift

In 2023 I was needing to make a change. I anxiously acknowledged that to my Circle. My thought was that I would apply for some jobs and take the burden of being self-employed and a one-man shop off my shoulders.

Following that hard call I had two of my people from my inner circle reach out to me and say, “You need to be a coach.” I was pretty dismissive at first. But, they both said that I have a message that needs to get out there.

After months of wrestling, my inner circle challenging me, getting some training, questioning what I was doing, it brought me here. I could finally acknowledge that I needed to be investing in people who are investing in their future through relationships.

This is an invitation to you to join me in the pursuit of wise investing. Not the same investing your financial advisor is giving you. It’s that of a relational advisor. I want to help you build your Relational Wealth. It’s time to make a lot of community and be filthy rich in relationships. I discovered that wealth. I’m going to help as many people as I can discover it, too.
