Our Next Level Leader Initiative is specifically designed
to help you and your team learn the tools, frameworks
and skills necessary to not only bring their highest

impact those they lead. We’ve combined the latest
in organizational psychology and connected it with
timeless organizational tools to create a powerful
language and framework to create the clarity,
movement, alignment and focus your leaders need to

We walk participants through 12 Essential Leadership
topics (outlined below) relevant to the current (and
future) challenges of our day. Each essential connects
to an implementable tool, allowing for real-time
application, reflection and feedback – ensuring
participants are both internalizing and implementing
what they are learning.
At the close of the year, each participant will have
leveled-up in 12 key areas, not just learning the
information, but actively engaging, internalizing,
discussing, applying, recalibrating and keeping these
tools on their toolbelt.
