INTRODUCTION
We now live in a world where endless amounts of information
is thrown at us each and everyday. It’s next to impossible for
today’s humble and hungry leaders to keep up with all the “
new” content (and options) available to us.

Furthermore, with America not even halfway through the
greatest generational leadership transition it’s ever seen, how
do today’s legacy leaders even go about preparing employees
for their next mantle of Leadership? Yes, with so much
change these past few years, many find the task of “leader
readiness” next to impossible.

WE’RE HERE TO HELP
We know how mission-critical it is to the long-term health,
growth and profitability of your company to see your
current (and future) leaders ready, equipped and
prepared for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
This is why we’ve leveraged our years of experience and
expertise to put together an application-based, relevant
and engaging leadership experience. Our singular goal is
to significantly (and intentionally) “level-up” the leaders
within your organization in an accelerated one year format.

NEXT LEVEL LEADER OVERVIEW
Our Next Level Leader Initiative is specifically designed
to help you and your team learn the tools, frameworks
and skills necessary to not only bring their highest
and best selves to work, but also most effectively
impact those they lead. We’ve combined the latest
in organizational psychology and connected it with
timeless organizational tools to create a powerful
language and framework to create the clarity,
movement, alignment and focus your leaders need to
achieve at the highest level.

We walk participants through 12 Essential Leadership
topics (outlined below) relevant to the current (and
future) challenges of our day. Each essential connects
to an implementable tool, allowing for real-time
application, reflection and feedback – ensuring
participants are both internalizing and implementing
what they are learning.

At the close of the year, each participant will have
leveled-up in 12 key areas, not just learning the
information, but actively engaging, internalizing,
discussing, applying, recalibrating and keeping these
tools on their toolbelt.
